Technische Details

One of the first and most important tasks of energy data management (EDM) is to provide an overview and transparency of consumption data. Who needs when, where, how much, for what, what kind of energy at which price. Out of the data the consumption trends become distinguishable and key figures can be generated.

For many users, this already has enough transparency, but our systems go further. The well-thought-out system structure and the intelligent integrating of diverse measurement, metering, power, sensor, and environmental data allow highly useful features and provide data for meaningful analyses, thereby valuable indicators and information for active energy saving.

In order to identify the reasons for power peaks, it is not sufficient to just record meter readings from time to time; continuous, reliable data series must be available with a resolution that makes it possible to analyze consumer behavior. The goal is to enable both experts and non-experts to track consumption, understand processes and identify defects. Precise analysis very soon reveals that not only consumption but also one or two kW of peak power can be saved.
